It
has been three weeks that I had my kidney transplant. I want everyone
to know that I am doing fantastic! I have so much more energy now than
I did before the surgery. All of the doctors say that I look great, and
they are thrilled with my recovery so far. The hardest part of recovery
has not been the pain or all of the doctor’s appointments; it
is not being able to come to work and see all of my co-workers and all
of the students. I miss all of you and can't wait to be back!
I
thought I would share with all of you a few pictures from the week that
Lisa Brennan and I spent in the hospital. I hope to be back to work as
soon as possible but in the meantime, I hope everyone at DYC is doing
well!
